The Brief
Clarify provide sales and marketing services to the technology industry, creating new levels of engagement and revenue for their clients. Alongside this they run the Clarity Foundation; a charity focused on contributing beyond the world of business through fundraising, giving time and giving money to support the renovation of schools.
After our successful design and build of their first workplace in 2010, Clarify were confident that Blue Jelly understood their business and would create a new workplace they could be proud of. In a competitive marketplace Clarify needed a workplace that would promote and retain their teams energy. They wanted bright, colourful spaces offering collaborative and focused workstations.
What we did
Our team developed a design that maximises the space with areas to work flexibly including open booths, soft seating areas and large tables for informal group meetings. The open plan area is surrounded by meeting rooms enabling more focused work. The main breakout area is large is enough to handle all hands meetings as well as encouraging the team to rest and recharge when needed.
We striped out the existing fit out whilst taking a sustainable approach to retaining carpets where possible. The existing built rooms were retained so that Clarify’s budget could be most effectively allocated to the rest of the fit out.
THE RESULTS
Working alongside the senior team at Clarify is always was pleasure. Their company culture matches our passion and focus to be the best we can be. Their new workplace creates the perfect foundation for their continued growth and development.
Our Core Values are what make us Blue Jelly.
