The Brief
Techtronic Industries (TTI) is a world leading group of companies at the forefront of accelerating transformation in their industries. Their brands include Milwaukee, Ryobi, Hoover, AEG and Vax.
TTI needed to create a new, flagship UK headquarters to compliment their continued growth and support their team as they continue to grow their market share. The brief included a biophilic focus on providing natural light for the team alongside creating flexibility, space for ongoing growth and harmonious integration of their portfolio of brands.
What We Did
Through a process of early engagement, we provided workplace consultancy services to TTI. Assisting them with prospective building appraisals and test fits ahead of them securing a space.
Our turnkey, CAT B design and build solution for their new 18,000 sqft workplace at Marlow international incorporated flexible meeting spaces themed on TTI’s world-famous brands.
We created an executive board room with thoughtful, brand coloured acoustic paneling to level the sound in the large room. The new breakout area provides space for the team to recharge and refuel. The main open-plan workspace offers plenty of space for focused work with collaboration tables for teamwork.
The Results
TTI’s new workplace supports their flexible ways of working in a space that encourages concentration and productivity. Their brands are woven seamlessly throughout the space using their brand colour palette. There is plenty of usable space available for the continued growth of this influential company.
