According to Office for National Statistics 84% of people who had worked from home during the pandemic wanted to continue to do so in the future, and by May 2022 almost a quarter of all working adults were hybrid working.

One of our clients, Newton Europe implemented hybrid working long before the pandemic. Following a partial RIO and full fit out of additional space they acquired due to growth, we created a series of agile working spaces that suited the fluidity their teams needed. The client commented ‘Andy (Site Manager) was always available for an update, first and last on-site. The design was perfect as the breakout area had changed the atmosphere’.
