1) What were the key requirements for the project?
We upgraded the tea points to improve the health and wellbeing of associates and added graphics in meeting rooms which are in line with corporate branding and specifications. We also added fabulous furniture to waiting areas and meeting room.
2) What were your main challenges?
The project was carried out whilst employees were in occupation, so we had to ensure work was carried out in a timely manner without interfering with the work of associates in the building. Adhering to health and safety requirements was vital throughout the entire project.
3) What was the most fun part of the project?
Watching the reactions of associates to their new environment. Also we have new recycling bins which we added our own designs to – a little project which was fun for us all!
4) What is your favourite outcome, aspect or area?
The tea points have been great for employee interaction – they are well used and sometimes used for low key catch-up meetings.
5) Which areas have your employees embraced most?
In addition to the tea rooms, the refurbished meeting rooms have also been successful as we have decorated the walls with vibrant corporate artwork and supplied new modern furniture which offers a fresh look and feel.
